We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to drive client acquisition, build solid relationships, and support the growth of AceNeev Capital's advisory business. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with an interest in finance, sales, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand client financial goals and introduce relevant advisory/investment products
- Schedule and support client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with the advisory/research team to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and conversions (CRM)
- Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes
- Represent AceNeev Capital professionally at client meetings and events

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or financial services (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)




- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products (preferred)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a performance-based role
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; CRM software knowledge is a plus

Preferred Qualifications
- NISM/AMFI certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior experience in mutual funds, insurance, wealth management, or financial advisory sales
