Business Associate – Commodity Polymer Sales

We are looking for an experienced Business Associate – Commodity Polymer Sales with 1–2 years of mandatory hands-on experience in Commodity Polymer / Plastic Raw Material Sales and Trading.

The ideal candidate must have practical experience in selling commodity polymer raw materials to B2B/industrial customers, developing new buyers, handling customer enquiries, understanding polymer grades and applications, monitoring market prices, negotiating with customers, and converting enquiries into confirmed orders.

The candidate will be responsible for field sales and business development in Faridabad and nearby industrial markets, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, market coverage, order generation, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities – Commodity Polymer Sales

- Develop and expand sales of commodity polymer raw materials among manufacturers, processors, and industrial buyers.
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers through regular industrial market visits, references, networking, and market research.
- Visit existing and potential customers across Faridabad and nearby industrial areas.
- Understand customers' polymer requirements, grades, applications, monthly consumption, and buying patterns.
- Generate enquiries for commodity polymer products and actively follow up until order closure.
- Prepare and share quotations based on current market prices, product grade, quantity, and customer requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, quantity, payment terms, and delivery requirements with customers.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed sales orders and achieve monthly sales targets.




- Maintain robust relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Regularly monitor commodity polymer market prices, demand, supply, competitor pricing, and market movements.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding stock availability, order processing, dispatch, delivery, and customer requirements.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments wherever required.
- Maintain accurate daily market visit, enquiry, customer, order, and sales reports.

Mandatory Commodity Polymer Product Knowledge The candidate must have good working knowledge and sales experience in commodity polymer raw materials, particularly: PP | HDPE | LDPE | LLDPE | PVC Resin | ABS | PC | Off-Grade Materials

Candidate Profile

- 1–2 years of mandatory experience specifically in Commodity Polymer / Plastic Raw Material Sales or Trading.
- Experience in B2B / Industrial Polymer Sales is mandatory.
- Must have practical knowledge of polymer grades, applications, customer consumption, and market pricing.
- Candidates from Polymer Trading, Plastic Raw Material Trading, Polymer Distribution, Import & Trading, or Plastic Raw Material Sales backgrounds will be preferred.
- Strong customer acquisition, negotiation, follow-up, and order-conversion skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Faridabad/nearby industrial market knowledge will be an advantage.
- Candidate should be confident, energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field sales.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
