Role Details:

CMS IT Services is a leading IT infrastructure and manpower staffing company with over two decades of market presence and institutional ownership. Business Finance is its reporting backbone: the numbers that reach the CFO, the board and our investor start here.

The department is being rebuilt, so expect the pace and ambiguity of a small team. We want someone early in their career to design the solution, build it, and put it into use.

What You Will Own:

- Build and automate: Build reports and dashboards, then automate them end-to-end in Advanced Excel, Power BI and Claude.
- Forecasting and business judgement: Understand business forecast calls for order book and revenue, apply judgement to field forecasts, and develop a strong grasp of both revenue-generating and non-revenue-generating businesses.
- P&L; and FP&A;: Monthly P&L;, MIS, budgeting and forecasting, and board and investor packs.
- Commercial finance: Pricing, cost structures, RFPs, tenders and deals with Sales and Presales. Understand, build and validate Deal Workbooks from a business and finance point of view. Order book, realisation, revenue and margin leakage.
- Open-ended projects:



Business cases and unit economics for new service lines, market sizing, build-versus-buy. A loose brief to a working answer in days.
- Cross-functional teaming: Work with Sales, Presales, Delivery and Operations on reporting and business insight.

Who We Are Looking For:

- Initiative over instruction: You arrive with a proposal, not a question.
- A builder: You scope the fix, build it and get it used.
- Hands-on with Claude: Willing to push it much further into daily finance work. A licence is provided.
- Business judgement, not only analysis: You can form a view on an order book or revenue forecast and defend it.
- Comfortable with ambiguity: Comfortable with scope and accountability earlier than a larger team would hand over.
- Strong Advanced Excel: Genuinely strong Advanced Excel skills, with Power BI or other dashboard exposure.
