About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst specializing in SAP Order to Cash (OTC) processes at Cognex Corporation. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on SAP experience and a foundational understanding of OTC and basic Finance processes. This role involves collaborating closely with senior analysts, IT teams, and business stakeholders to support the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of SAP solutions tailored to our operational needs.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the seamless integration of OTC processes within our enterprise systems, contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of order management, billing, and receivables functions.

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in SAP OTC or related functional areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- SAP certification or relevant coursework is considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Support the configuration and ongoing maintenance of SAP OTC processes, including order management, pricing, billing, and accounts receivable functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand how OTC integrates with SAP SD, FI, and MM modules, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for system enhancements.
- Support integration activities with third-party systems such as tax engines and invoicing platforms under the guidance of senior team members.
- Participate in system testing cycles, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to validate system changes and ensure quality standards are met.
- Troubleshoot basic system issues, perform root cause analysis, and escalate complex problems to senior analysts or technical teams as necessary.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and support initiatives aimed at optimizing OTC workflows.
- Assist in documenting process flows, configuration details, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
- Support data validation, migration activities, and participate in system upgrades to ensure data integrity and system performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory standards across all OTC processes.
- Participate in cross-functional discussions and workshops to enhance technical and business understanding, promoting continuous learning and process innovation.
