TPRM Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities The role holder is required to perform a range of activities across specific TPRM workstreams, including:
- Produce & maintain TPRM process documentation.
- Design, implement and capture TPRM controls.
- Capture the TPRM Data Dictionary & Data Lineage.
- Capture Data Quality controls supporting TPRM processes.
- Capture Regulatory Rules, Policies & Interpretations applicable to third-party risk.
- Work closely with Process and Control Owners to obtain review and sign-off.
- Provide regular updates on work progress to the central TPRM delivery streams and relevant workstreams to ensure delivery to plan.
- Support the identification and resolution of process, data and control issues.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Third-Party Risk Management, Operational Risk, Risk & Controls or related functions.
- Experience in designing and implementing risk controls and processes, including those supporting SOX and Operational Risk frameworks.
- Good relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Confident and experienced in engaging senior stakeholders.
- A leader, comfortable taking initiative and driving delivery.
- Solid data and process analysis skills.
- Experience of resolving issues and problems through a systematic approach.
- Experience in change and transformation programmes.
- Cross-functional knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge of TPRM, outsourcing risk and operational resilience is an advantage.
