Role Purpose To support the CEO & MD and business leadership through data-driven analysis, MIS, dashboards, business reviews, strategic project tracking and cross-functional performance monitoring. The role will convert business information into actionable insights and highlight trends, risks, gaps and decisions required.

Key Responsibilities

1. MIS, Dashboards & Business Analysis

- Review business MIS and management dashboards submitted by various functions.
- Validate completeness and accuracy of business information wherever required.
- Analyse significant deviations, trends, risks and performance gaps.
- Prepare concise management summaries highlighting key numbers, issues, actions and decisions required.
- Support the CEO & MD with relevant data and analysis for business reviews and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain trackers, dashboards and reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ensure management information is accurate and available within agreed timelines.

2. Strategic Program & Project Management

- Drive execution tracking of key strategic programs and initiatives led by the CEO & MD.
- Define and monitor timelines, milestones, owners and deliverables.
- Coordinate with multiple functions to track progress against agreed plans.
- Conduct periodic reviews of strategic projects and highlight deviations.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks and potential delays at an early stage.




- Maintain program-level dashboards and provide periodic management updates.

3. Business Review Support

- Provide analytical inputs for weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Prepare business dashboards, performance summaries and discussion points.
- Analyse departmental performance and identify areas requiring management attention.
- Track decisions and business commitments arising from reviews from an analytical and execution perspective.

4. Cross-Functional Performance Tracking

- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, IT, Procurement and Quality to collect and analyse business data.
- Ensure alignment of reporting formats and definitions across functions.
- Track cross-functional dependencies and highlight execution gaps.
- Provide visibility of critical business priorities and their progress.

5. Process Improvement & Governance

- Identify opportunities to improve management reporting and review mechanisms.
- Standardise formats for MIS, dashboards and performance trackers.
- Establish disciplined reporting and review mechanisms across functions.
- Monitor adherence to agreed timelines and governance processes.
- Suggest improvements to reporting, execution tracking and decision-support processes.
