About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst specializing in Enterprise Cyber Security Resilience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as a crucial bridge between business units, cybersecurity teams, risk management, and technology stakeholders. This role involves analyzing complex cybersecurity and resilience requirements, translating regulatory and security standards into actionable plans, and supporting the implementation of cybersecurity resilience initiatives.

The Business

Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that security controls, compliance measures, and resilience strategies are effectively integrated into business processes and technological frameworks.

Qualifications The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong background in cybersecurity, enterprise resilience, and risk management. A comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and COBIT is essential. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in security assessments, vulnerability management, incident response, and regulatory compliance.





Excellent skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process mapping, and documentation are mandatory.

Experience working within Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies is preferred. Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities The Business Analyst will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, validating, and documenting business requirements related to cybersecurity resilience, cyber risk, and compliance initiatives. Collaborating with Security Operations, Cyber Risk, Infrastructure, Application, IT, and Business teams, the candidate will define and implement resilience strategies aligned with organizational goals. Conducting business process analysis, gap assessments, risk assessments, impact analysis, and dependency analysis will be key components of the role.

Supporting Business Continuity

Planning (BCP), Disaster Recovery (DR), Crisis Management, and Operational Resilience programs is vital to ensure organizational preparedness. The role also involves translating regulatory, security, and compliance requirements into technical and business specifications, preparing and maintaining business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, use cases, acceptance criteria, and implementation roadmaps.

The Business Analyst will facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement-gathering sessions,



governance meetings, and risk reviews to ensure alignment across teams. Analyzing cybersecurity processes, controls, vulnerabilities, dependencies, and remediation activities will be essential. Supporting security assessments, cyber risk analysis, vulnerability management, and incident response processes, the candidate will track project deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.

Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of security and resilience gaps is crucial. The role also involves supporting Agile/Scrum ceremonies and Waterfall project activities to ensure smooth project execution and governance adherence.
