Role Understanding

We are looking for a Brand Strategist – Design who can sit at the intersection of brand thinking, design, consumer insight, and creative direction.

The ideal candidate is someone who can move comfortably between strategy decks, moodboards, brand guidelines, campaign concepts, visual systems, and creative reviews with a sharp eye for detail and an even sharper understanding of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop brand positioning, visual territories, creative directions, and design and design strategies.
- Translate brand values and consumer insights into strong visual concepts.
- Conduct competitor, category, and trend research to identify creative opportunities.
- Create moodboards, visual directions, design systems, and brand guidelines.
- Develop creative briefs and guide designers, copywriters, agencies,



and external partners.
- Lead the visual direction of brand campaigns, launches, social, digital, print, OOH, and other brand assets.
- Review creative work and ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment.
- Present strategic and creative recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Continuously audit brand touchpoints and flag gaps or inconsistencies.

What We’re Looking For

- 4 – 6 years of experience in brand strategy, design strategy, branding, advertising, or creative strategy.
- Robust understanding of branding, typography, colour, composition, visual identity, and design systems.
- Strong conceptual and strategic thinking with a sharp eye for detail.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, campaigns, visual strategy, and creative direction.
- Basic understanding of motion/design tools is an advantage Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel Draw, Figma, Canva, Miro or similar collaboration tools
