Job Title: Brand Outreach Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Brand Outreach Executive to strengthen our brand presence among colleges and educational institutions. The role involves visiting colleges, building institutional relationships, coordinating and conducting seminars, generating leads, and supporting marketing initiatives to improve overall brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit colleges, universities, and educational institutions to promote the organization and its programs.
- Identify and connect with relevant college authorities, placement teams, faculty members, and student coordinators.
- Schedule and coordinate seminars, awareness sessions, workshops, and other promotional activities.
- Conduct seminars and presentations for students on relevant career and industry-related topics.
- Generate quality leads through college visits, seminars, events, and institutional outreach.
- Follow up with leads and coordinate with the internal sales/admissions team for further conversion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleges and educational institutions.
- Identify opportunities for collaborations, events, workshops, and other promotional activities.




- Support marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness.
- Represent the organization professionally during college visits, seminars, and external events.
- Maintain records of college visits, seminars conducted, leads generated, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve assigned outreach, lead-generation, and marketing targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and field visits.
- Ability to interact confidently with students, faculty, and institutional representatives.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Valuable organizational and follow-up skills.
- Prior experience in field marketing, educational marketing, business development, or institutional outreach is an advantage.
