About the Role

RBL Bank is looking for an experienced Branch Manager – Wealth Management to manage branch business, lead a sales team and drive wealth-management growth among affluent and HNI clients.

The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, growing the investment portfolio, achieving business targets and leading the team to deliver strong customer and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall sales and business performance of the assigned branch.
- Lead, mentor and monitor the branch sales/relationship-management team.
- Acquire and manage Affluent and HNI clients.
- Build and deepen existing client relationships and grow the investment portfolio.
- Drive business through Mutual Funds (MF), PIF, AIF and other wealth-management products.
- Monitor portfolio growth, client engagement and revenue generation.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling investment products.
- Ensure achievement of branch and individual sales targets.
- Review team performance and conduct regular business reviews.
- Guide the team on client acquisition,



portfolio management and product penetration.
- Maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and ensure quality service.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, processes and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and share regular business and performance reports with senior management.

Candidate Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Banking / Wealth Management / Financial Services.
- Strong experience in team handling and sales leadership.
- Experience as a Branch Manager / Wealth Manager / Relationship Manager / Sales Manager.
- Solid exposure to Wealth Management and investment products.
- Good knowledge of Mutual Funds, PIF and AIF.
- Experience handling Affluent/HNI clients.
- Should have managed a sizeable client portfolio / AUM.
- Robust track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Excellent client relationship, communication and team-management skills.
- Candidates currently based in Lucknow or willing to work in Lucknow will be preferred.
