Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced BMC Consultant with strong expertise in BMC Remedy/Helix ITSM to support and enhance IT service management solutions in a banking environment.

NKey Responsibilities

- Configure, customize, and support BMC Remedy/Helix ITSM.
N
- Work on Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Asset Management modules.
N
- Develop workflows, forms, filters, escalations, notifications, and approvals.
N
- Integrate BMC with other enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
N
- Troubleshoot productionissues and perform root-cause analysis.
N
- Support critical banking applications and ensure SLA compliance.
N
- Create reports, dashboards, and technical documentation.
N
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, security,



and business teams.
N
- Ensure solutions meet banking security, audit, and compliance requirements.
N

nRequired Skills

- 3 years of hands-on BMC Remedy/Helix experience.
N
- Strong knowledge of BMCITSM and ITIL processes.
N
- Experience with SQL, APIs, integrations, and production support.
N
- Good understanding of enterprise application environments.
N
- BFSI/Banking domain experience preferred.
N
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
N

nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
