KAAJ Instant Househelp Services is hiring Booking Managers for its Tollygunge operations.

The Booking

Manager receives service bookings, assigns and accepts them, guides househelp, and coordinates them to reach the customer location on time.

Key Responsibilities: Receive and accept incoming service bookings via app / WhatsApp. Assign each booking to the right househelp based on availability and location. Guide househelp on job details and help them reach the customer location on time.

Coordinate with househelp and customers over call / WhatsApp for smooth, on-time service. Track live bookings and resolve day-to-day operational issues. Shifts (2 openings): Shift 1: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Salary Rs. 12,000 per month.

Shift 2: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Salary Rs. 15,000 per month. Weekly one day off.

Requirements: Solid coordination and communication skills (Bengali / Hindi). Comfortable using smartphone, WhatsApp and booking apps. Local candidates from South Kolkata / Tollygunge preferred.
