About the Position

Genesis Classes Pvt Ltd is looking for experienced, dedicated, and result-oriented Botany and Zoology Faculty for its Moradabad Centre.

The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom teaching, academic mentoring, doubt resolution, test preparation, and overall academic support to students preparing for competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Botany / Zoology to students as per the prescribed academic curriculum.
- Deliver concept-based and examination-oriented lectures.
- Prepare and explain study material, questions, assignments, and practice exercises.
- Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions and provide academic guidance to students.
- Prepare students for NEET and other relevant competitive examinations.
- Conduct and support chapter-wise, unit-wise, and full-length tests.
- Analyse student performance and provide appropriate academic feedback.
- Maintain effective classroom discipline and student engagement.
- Ensure timely completion of the assigned syllabus.
- Use appropriate teaching methodologies, examples, diagrams, and problem-solving techniques.
- Coordinate with the Academic Team and Centre Management regarding academic requirements.
- Participate in faculty meetings, academic planning, seminars, workshops, tests, and other institutional activities as required.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of academic content and student performance.
- Maintain professional conduct and comply with the rules, policies,



and academic standards of the organisation.

Eligibility & Skills

- Postgraduate / Graduate degree in Botany, Zoology, Life Sciences, or a relevant subject from a recognised institution.
- Strong command of the subject and competitive-examination syllabus.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and effective manner.
- Experience in NEET / competitive-exam coaching will be preferred.
- Candidates with relevant teaching experience in reputed coaching institutes will be given preference.
- Freshers with exceptional subject knowledge and teaching ability may also be considered.
