Role Description The Bima Sakhi role at LIC is a full time, on-site position based in Honavar. In this role, the Bima Sakhi will engage with local community members to create awareness about life insurance products, explain policy benefits, and support customers in selecting suitable coverage.

Day-to-day activities include meeting prospective policyholders, assisting with proposal forms and documentation, coordinating premium payments, and providing after-sales service such as policy updates and claims guidance.

and collaborate with LIC branch staff to achieve business and service targets. This role involves regular field visits within Honavar and nearby areas and requires a strong commitment to customer service and community engagement.
