Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable BIM Trainer to join our EdTech and Architecture training division. In this dual-location role, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact training programs in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to engineering students, architects, and industry professionals across our Coimbatore and Chennai centers.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive training sessions on core BIM methodologies, workflows, and industry standards.

Train students and professionals on leading BIM software suites, primarily Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.

Develop, update, and refine training curriculum, course materials, assignments, and project-based case studies to align with current industry demands.

Conduct practical workshops, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive, career-oriented feedback.

Guide trainees through live architectural and structural modeling projects to build their professional portfolios.

Collaborate with the placement cell to prepare students for job interviews and portfolio reviews in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering,



and Construction) sector.

Candidate Requirements

Experience : 1 to 3 years of hands-on industry experience in architectural drafting/BIM modeling combined with prior training, teaching, or mentoring experience.

Education : Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Software Proficiency : Expert-level command of Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP), AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Knowledge of Dynamo or Rhino is a strong plus.

Availability : Immediate joiners only who are flexible to operate out of or travel between our Coimbatore and Chennai branches as required.

Skills : Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching and student success.
