Job Summary The BIM Manager reports to the Project Engineering Manager. The position is responsible for implementing the BIM 360 collaboration environment on the project, helping the work processes for the design reviews, and ensuring the BIM compliance of models and drawings. The project BIM Manager responsibilities include the setup and maintenance of collaboration and other systems that help model interface management and the project BIM, System and Data Integration, and 3D Design and Construction Execution Plans.

Major Responsibilities

- Understand and implement solutions in help of the project BIM strategy, exchange requirements, Asset Information Requirements, Execution Plans and ISO 19650 requirements
- Develop and review standard CAD and 3D model templates for standardizing the deliverables.
- Establish and enforce BIM standards to maintain consistency and quality across projects.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with BIM standards and identify areas for improvement including checking the model’s health.




- Monitoring team progress and helping whenever possible to enhance the work.
- Collaborate with project teams to establish BIM execution plans, based on project requirements
- Estimate BIM resource requirement, deploying the team as per project requirement and mentor
- Setup and configuration of the Collaboration Platform (BIM360) and interference management requirements.
- Ensure coordination of BIM activities (i.e., coordinate systems, standard templates, clash management, design review, etc) and resources are shared and complied with among the design groups, consultants, and contractors.
- Manage the hand-off of milestone models and templates per the project design and contracting work packaging strategy.
- Facilitate model coordination and review of deliverables that satisfy client BIM requirements.
- Develop, communicate, and institutionalize standardized BIM workflows.
- Train stakeholders of the Collaboration Environment (BIM360) and associated workflows to help the delivery of the project key processes.
- Conduct regular assessments to review the implementation of the BIM processes and compliance with the project execution strategy and seek opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as a liaison between design subcontractors, construction, SMEs, and IT for resolution of BIM related issues.
- Develop progress, quality, and other reports and dashboards for project management from BIM 360

Education And Experience Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management and 12+ years of experience as a BIM Professional leveraging and managing technology in design and construction

Required Knowledge And Skills

- Experience in BIM Execution for pharmaceuticals, datacenters and semiconductors facilities
- Experience in BIM Execution from LOD200 to LOD500 for above mentioned facilities.




- Proficient in BIM 360 Suite, Revit, Revit Fabrication, Navisworks, Assemble and inventor.
- Working knowledge of Autodesk and Hexagon authoring platforms including features, functions, and limitations
- Understands project workflows from design, estimation, construction administration and coordination
- Proficient in oral and written communications skills
- Collaborates well in a team environment
- Ability to manage priorities and take on additional evolving responsibilities
