Role Description The Bid Analyst role is a full time remote position responsible for supporting the end-to-end bid and proposal development process.

The Bid

Analyst will review solicitations and RFPs to extract key requirements, analyze compliance needs, and prepare structured response outlines. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with proposal writers and subject matter experts, compiling and organizing technical and commercial inputs, and maintaining bid documentation and trackers. The role also involves conducting market and competitor research, supporting pricing and risk assessments, and ensuring all submissions adhere to client and regulatory guidelines.

Analyst will contribute to continuous improvement of bid processes, templates, and knowledge repositories to help increase win rates and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to interpret RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents and synthesize complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in written communication, including drafting structured bid content, reviewing documentation for clarity, and ensuring consistency of messaging.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple deadlines, maintaining bid trackers, and ensuring compliance with submission requirements.
- Comfort with digital tools and collaboration platforms used for remote work, such as document management systems, shared workspaces, and communication tools.
- Basic understanding of government procurement processes and contract structures; prior exposure to public sector or international development bids is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
