Your impact

If you're looking to work on complex Landscape BIM modelling deliverables and contribute to the successful delivery of major Middle East projects, this role offers the opportunity to work across the full BIM lifecycle, from concept development through detailed design and construction documentation. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, develop high-quality BIM models and shop drawings, and play a visible role in improving model quality and coordination outcomes.

In this role, you'll work closely with architects, engineers, and BIM professionals using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM platforms to deliver accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready models. Your work will directly support project delivery by improving model coordination, reducing clashes, and ensuring high-quality documentation for clients and project teams.

You'll be part of a collaborative BIM setting where you'll have opportunities to further develop your technical expertise in BIM execution, model coordination, quality assurance, and advanced Landscape BIM delivery across a variety of project stages and levels of development (LOD 100-500).

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Landscape BIM models and construction documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.




- Produce high-quality shop drawings and construction-ready deliverables.
- Create and manage Revit families to support project requirements.
- Coordinate models with architecture and other engineering disciplines.
- Use Navisworks and related BIM tools to review models and support clash detection activities.
- Apply BIM Execution Plan (BEP) requirements throughout project delivery.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of BIM models and construction documentation.
- Perform BIM QA/QC reviews and support continuous improvement of project deliverables.
- Prepare and review clash reports, schedules, quantity information, and shop drawing packages.
- Support project delivery across LOD 100-500 stages, with preference for experience on Middle East projects.

Here's what you'll need
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage Landscape BIM models using Revit.
- Proven capability in producing detailed drawings and construction documentation.
- Ability to create, modify, and maintain Revit families.
- Experience coordinating BIM models across architecture and multiple engineering disciplines.
- Proficiency in Navisworks for model review and clash detection.
- Ability to apply BIM Execution Plan (BEP) requirements throughout project delivery.




- Experience performing BIM QA/QC reviews and maintaining model quality standards.
- Capability to prepare and interpret clash reports, schedules, quantity take-offs, and related BIM deliverables.
- Experience delivering BIM models across multiple Levels of Development (LOD 100-500).
- Experience supporting Middle East projects is advantageous.
