Business Development Manager – Corporate & Institutional Experiences | Jain Expositions Pvt. Ltd. | Karol Bagh, Current Delhi For 30+ years, Jain Expositions has built museums, galleries, interpretation centres and exhibition spaces for government and institutional clients — 60+ delivered, ISO 9001:2015 and CMMI Level 3 certified. We're now opening a private-sector line, and this is the first hire for it.

What you'll own:

- Building a qualified pipeline of corporate and institutional buyers from scratch — this is a new revenue line, not an existing book of accounts
- Selling corporate visitor/experience centres, brand experience spaces, and exhibition stall fabrication
- Engaging decision-makers across Marketing, CSR, Facilities, Plant Operations and Corporate Communications
- Leading discovery meetings, proposals, negotiations and closures end-to-end
- Working closely with our design and fabrication teams to scope credible,



buildable proposals

What we're looking for:

- 5-8 years of B2B business development, ideally from exhibitions, experiential marketing, events, interior fit-out, signage, or related project-based sales
- A hunter, not an account manager — comfortable building pipeline with no existing territory
- Experience with long sales cycles (3-9 months) and multiple stakeholders
- Ability to sell on value, not price, against buyers who've never heard of us
- Based in Delhi NCR, willing to travel across NCR for client meetings

Compensation: ₹6-10 LPA fixed, plus uncapped commission on booked order value. Joining: Within 30 days preferred.
