☕ WE ARE HIRING – BARISTA Position: Barista Location: Chennai Employment Type: Full-Time : We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our café team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of coffee preparation, beverage making, and customer service.

Responsibilities

- Prepare coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other hot & cold beverages.

- Operate and maintain espresso machines and coffee equipment.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and equipment.
- Handle customer orders and provide friendly service.
- Manage coffee, milk, syrups, and other beverage inventory.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support the team during busy hours.

Requirements





- Previous barista/café experience preferred.
- Knowledge of espresso-based beverages and basic latte art.
- Positive communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with basic barista knowledge may also apply.
