Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based at Cafe Mocha in Mumbai. The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages, teas, and café-style food items according to established recipes and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, operating coffee equipment, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

The role also involves restocking supplies, following food safety and hygiene guidelines,



and supporting team members during busy periods. The Barista is expected to deliver courteous, efficient service and help create a warm, engaging setting for all guests.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused abilities, including Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills.
- Practical Barista skills, with experience in coffee preparation, espresso-based drinks, and basic café operations.
- Clear and courteous Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Food Preparation knowledge, including basic kitchen hygiene and safety practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous café, restaurant, or hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and using point-of-sale systems.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and peak hours.
