nAbout the Role

nWe are looking for an AI Web Developer to develop, maintain, and enhance our AI-based tools and related internal applications.

nThe role combines web development, AI/LLM technologies, API integrations, and business process automation to build practical solutions that improve productivity, reporting, decision-making, and operational efficiency.

n

nThe candidate will work closely with Business Development, Account Management, Operations, HR, and other teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technology solutions.

n

nKey Responsibilities

n

- Develop, maintain, and enhance the AI-based tool and related web applications.
n
- Build and integrate AI/LLM-powered features such as content generation, summarization, data analysis, recommendations, search, and intelligent workflows.
n
- Develop and integrate REST APIs, AI APIs, and third-party services.
n
- Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly web interfaces.
n
- Develop dashboards, reports, workflows, and business automation modules.
n
- Work with databases to store, retrieve, and process application and AI-generated data.
n
- Convert business requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions.
n
- Design prompts and AI workflows to achieve reliable and practical outputs.
n
- Evaluate AI-generated results and continuously improve their accuracy, reliability, and usability.
n
- Identify and resolve application bugs, technical issues, and performance problems.
n
- Automate repetitive business processes using AI, APIs, and web technologies.
n
- Research and experiment with emerging AI tools and technologies that can improve business productivity.

- Maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, integrations and AI workflows.

- Follow appropriate security, access-control, and responsible AI practices.

nRequired Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
n
- Hands-on experience with at least one modern frontend framework such as React.js, Next.js, Angular or Vue.js.

- Backend development experience using one or more of Node.js, Python, or PHP.
n
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
n
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

- Good understanding of Git and version control, with the ability to design and implement custom CI/CD pipelines.

- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.
n
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms, deployment, and application hosting.

- Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into web applications.

- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflows.
