AI-Focused Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an AI-Focused Developer to join our engineering team and help us build intelligent, scalable, and practical AI-powered applications.

You do not need to be an expert in AI or know all of the technologies mentioned below. We are looking for a good developer who is interested in AI, LLMs, and Generative AI, and who is willing to learn, experiment, and grow with us.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build solid practical experience in AI while working on real-world applications.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain software applications incorporating AI and LLM technologies.
- Learn and contribute to the development of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Integrate LLMs and AI APIs into practical applications.
- Work with databases, APIs, embeddings, vector search, and other AI technologies.
- Experiment with new AI tools and technologies and help identify practical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Collaborate with the team to solve technical problems and improve existing applications.
- Continuously learn and stay updated with developments in AI and Generative AI.

Requirements

- Good programming and software development fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to write clean and maintainable code.
- Genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, and Generative AI.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and take on new challenges.




- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Good to Have – Not Mandatory

Experience with any of the following is a plus, but you do NOT need to know all of them:

- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- RAG / Retrieval-Augmented Generation
- LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, or Qdrant
- Embeddings and semantic search
- Prompt engineering
- Machine Learning
- Model training or fine-tuning
- Python and AI/ML development
