Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to PSU Bank managers
- Explain company products/services and address branch manager queries
- Generate leads, fix appointments, or convert calls into sales as per business requirement
- Maintain and update customer leads records
- Follow up on previous calls and leads.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Handle customer objections effectively
- Provide feedback on customer response and market trends
