We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user-friendly digital experiences and creating compelling video content that aligns with our brand's vision and goals.

Primary Responsibilities: Graphic Design

- Design on-brand visual assets across digital and print – social media graphics, ad creative, banners, email and newsletter layouts, and campaign collateral.
- Lay out long-form marketing content – whitepapers, reports, case studies, and blog visuals – with clear hierarchy and readable typography.
- Build presentation and pitch decks that are visually consistent and story-driven.
- Develop and extend brand identity systems – logo usage, color, typography, iconography – and keep every asset consistent across channels.
- Produce LinkedIn and social content graphics for company and founder brand pages.
- Take briefs from concept through final delivery, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

- Create and edit engaging video content for marketing campaigns, tutorials, and social media platforms.
- Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and effects to enhance storytelling.
- Ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains high production quality.
- Manage video projects from concept to delivery, meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Collaboration & Strategy

- Work closely with marketing and development teams to understand project requirements and objectives.




- Stay updated on industry trends in UI/UX design and video editing to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Develop creative solutions to enhance user experiences and increase audience engagement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design and video editing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects and video content creation.
- Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Expertise in video editing software like DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
- Knowledge of prototyping tools and animation techniques.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple projects.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with user research methodologies and tools.
- Experience in 3D modeling or animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
- Knowledge of design, branding, typography, and color theory.
- Basic understanding of video production equipment and workflows.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
