: Azure Power Apps Administrator / Developer

Role Summary The Azure Power Apps Administrator/Developer will be responsible for administering, governing, and optimizing the Microsoft Power Platform environment. The role focuses on environment management, governance implementation, application development, licensing oversight, and operational support to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient adoption of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related Power Platform services. Key Responsibilities

Power Platform Administration & Governance

- Clean up, rationalize, and ring-fence Power Platform environments, with particular focus on the Default Environment to prevent uncontrolled growth and sprawl.
- Implement and maintain governance frameworks, standards, and guardrails for Power Platform usage.
- Configure and manage Environment Strategies, Managed Environments, Security Roles, and Access Controls.
- Establish and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, connector governance, and compliance controls.
- Manage tenant-level configurations, environment lifecycle management, and release processes.
- Monitor platform health, capacity consumption, and operational performance.

Power Apps Development

- Design, develop, and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Develop integrations with Azure services, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and external systems.
- Automate business processes using Power Automate.
- Follow application lifecycle management (ALM) practices, including Dev/Test/Production deployments.




- Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support to business users.

Licensing & Consumption Management

- Track Power Platform license consumption across the organization.
- Analyze license utilization and recommend optimization opportunities to reduce costs.
- Monitor capacity thresholds, AI Builder credits, Dataverse storage consumption, and environment usage.
- Produce governance and licensing reports for management and platform stakeholders.

Monitoring & Reporting

- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for platform governance, adoption, and usage analytics.
- Monitor application performance, environment usage, and security compliance.
- Generate regular reports on setting health, governance compliance, and licensing efficiency.
- Support audits and compliance reviews related to Power Platform usage.

Stakeholder & User Support

- Provide technical guidance to citizen developers and business users.
- Promote Power Platform best practices and governance standards.
- Conduct knowledge transfer, documentation, and user training sessions.
- Collaborate with security,



infrastructure, architecture, and business teams to ensure platform alignment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications preferred:
