Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Automation Engineer role based in Noida.

The Automation

Engineer will design, program, and configure automation systems, including PLC, SCADA, HMI, and drive solutions, for industrial and power applications.

Responsibilities include commissioning and testing control systems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues,



and optimizing process control strategies to improve performance and reliability. The role involves collaborating with project teams on system integration, preparing technical documentation, and providing hands-on support during installation, retrofit, and modernization activities.

The Automation

Engineer will also support preventive maintenance, participate in customer training, and contribute to continuous improvement of automation standards and practices.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Automation and Process Control, with experience in PLC, SCADA, HMI, and drive systems.
- Solid foundation in Electrical Engineering, including industrial power systems, control circuits, and instrumentation.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnostics for automation and control systems in industrial environments.
- Knowledge of Robotics and motion control applications in manufacturing or process industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
- Experience with commissioning, field support, and on-site installation of automation solutions.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and documentation skills, with a safety-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in industrial automation and control.
