Role Description The Autocad Drafter is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and documentation for architectural and engineering projects. Daily tasks include creating and updating AutoCAD drawings, developing shop drawings, and producing architectural layouts based on sketches, specifications, and design inputs. The role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, and project managers to clarify requirements, incorporate feedback, and ensure drawings comply with relevant codes and standards.





The Autocad

Drafter will maintain organized drawing files, support revisions throughout the project lifecycle, and assist in preparing documentation for approvals and construction.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Technical Drawing and general Drawing, with proficiency in CAD software.
- Experience creating and revising Shop Drawings for construction and fabrication purposes.
- Ability to produce clear and accurate Architectural Drawings aligned with design intent and project specifications.
- Understanding of Architecture fundamentals, building systems, and relevant codes or regulations.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple drawing assignments simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Prior experience in an architectural or engineering consulting environment is an advantage.
