Job DescriptionWe are looking for a smart, sincere and responsible Assistant Merchandiser to join our team in Jaipur on a full-time, office-based basis.

The ideal candidate should be very good at follow-ups, understands instructions quickly, pays attention to details and takes responsibility for completing tasks properly.

This role will involve assisting with overseas buyers and day-to-day merchandising activities, including communication, coordination, follow-ups and order execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in handling overseas buyers and their day-to-day requirements
- Communicate with buyers through email, WhatsApp and calls
- Write clear and professional emails and messages
- Maintain proper and timely follow-ups with buyers, suppliers and internal teams
- Follow instructions carefully and ensure that each task is completed correctly and on time
- Keep track of samples, approvals, developments, orders and pending requirements
- Coordinate with production, sampling, sourcing, quality, packing and dispatch teams
- Maintain proper records and ensure that important details are not missed
- Follow up proactively rather than waiting for someone to remind you




- Assist in managing the day-to-day activities of the merchandising department
- Support the team in ensuring smooth execution of orders from enquiry to shipment.
