We are looking for an MER-Operations Associate to join our high energy team





You will have a direct impact on the assessment of operational processes to identify improvement and cost optimisation areas

You'll work as part of a high-energy team that's streamlining operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity

As part of your day-to-day work, you will

Conduct regular analysis and assessment of operational processes to identify improvement and cost optimisation areas

Streamline operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity

Identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to improve operational performance

Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with standards and regulations

Supervise and manage the team of doctors

Set clear performance objectives and monitor individual and team progress

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development

Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, human resources, and Quality, to align operational activities with overall business objectives

Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as sales, insurers and vendors, to ensure timely and efficient delivery services

Act as a team liaison to resolve operational issues and drive effective communication

Must Haves

Should be a graduate in any discipline

1-2 Years of experience

Preferably in Operations

Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written

Good Personality , can handle operations work smartly

Have interpersonal skills & analytical skills

Comfortable with Work from office job

Salary Range - 2

5 - 3 LPA - Depends on current skillset and past experience
