Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handling Client Documentation as per checklist to ensure smooth onboarding of AIF/PMS as well as
- Distributors
- Ensuring compliance with SEBI Regulations while onboarding new clients
- Co-ordination with the sales RM for obtaining proper documentation from the investor
- Co-ordinating with Custodians to open Demat account
- Replying to Investor queries
- Sending various communication to Clients / Investors/ Distributors
- Co-ordinating with R & T agent
- Maintaining records of Distributors, commission payment

Job Requirements :

- 2 - 4 yrs. experience in PMS / AIF Customer Service & Operational background
- Robust understanding of PMS / AIF -SEBI Regulations, knowledge of PMLA/ AML guidelines
- Proficiency in Wealth Spectrum / Wealth Connect
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
