Responsibilities

- Inward GRN Management - Handle material receiving, PO verification, GRN creation, quality coordination and timely GRN closure.

- Inventory Management - Maintain accurate physical and ERP inventory, conduct cycle counts and resolve stock discrepancies.

- Material Issue Production Support - Ensure timely and accurate picking and issue of materials to Production based on MRs/WOs and production priorities.

- Oracle ERP Transactions - Execute GRN, binning, material issue, transfer, return and other inventory transactions accurately and within defined timelines.

- Serialized Material Control - Ensure complete traceability and accurate tracking of serialized, high-value and critical materials from receipt to final issue.

- Warehouse Bin Management - Maintain proper binning, identification, labeling, segregation and systematic storage of materials.

- Cross-Functional Coordination - Coordinate effectively with Planning, Production, Quality, Procurement, Finance, Logistics and Engineering to resolve material-related issues.





- Compliance, Safety 5S - Ensure adherence to Stores SOPs, safety requirements, 5S standards, ESD controls and audit requirements.

- Team Support Operational Ownership - Independently manage assigned Stores activities, support junior associates and take ownership of day-to-day operational issues.

- Kaizen Process Improvement - Identify and implement opportunities for automation, process improvement, manpower optimization, inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
