About the Role

BallDerma Aesthetic Clinic is looking for an Associate Doctor with experience or relevant training in cosmetology and aesthetic medicine.

The selected doctor will work closely with Dr. Batul and assist with patient consultations, treatment planning, aesthetic procedures, follow-ups and regular clinical activities.

We are looking for someone who communicates well with patients, takes clinical responsibility seriously and is willing to learn and develop further under Dr. Batul's guidance.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with Dr. Batul during patient consultations and treatments.
- Assess patients and understand their skin, hair and aesthetic concerns.
- Assist Dr. Batul with treatment planning and patient management.
- Perform aesthetic and cosmetology procedures appropriate to the candidate's qualification, training and permitted scope of practice.
- Assist with chemical peels, medi-facials, HydraFacial, laser treatments, hair treatments and other procedures offered by the clinic, depending on training and experience.
- Explain procedures, treatment plans, expected outcomes and aftercare instructions to patients.
- Conduct patient follow-ups and monitor treatment progress.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes and clinical documentation.
- Follow proper hygiene, sterilisation and treatment-room protocols.
- Coordinate with therapists, front desk staff and other team members to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain professional and ethical communication with patients.




- Stay updated with developments in cosmetology, aesthetic medicine and skin and hair treatments.
- Support Dr. Batul with day-to-day clinical responsibilities as required.

Candidate Requirements
- BHMS / BAMS / BDS / MBBS qualification.
- Relevant training in cosmetology or aesthetic medicine preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetology or skin clinic preferred.
- Candidates with strong cosmetology training and limited experience may also be considered.
- Basic understanding of common skin and hair concerns.
- Comfortable communicating with patients and explaining treatments.
- Professional appearance and good communication skills.
- Willingness to work under the guidance of Dr. Batul.
- Responsible, organised and patient-focused.
- Able to work effectively with the clinic team.

Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following will be an advantage:
- Chemical peels
- Medi-facials
- HydraFacial
- Laser hair reduction
- Skin rejuvenation treatments
- Hair and scalp treatments
- PRP or similar procedures, where appropriately qualified and trained
- Pre-treatment and post-treatment patient care
- Aesthetic consultations and patient counselling

Final salary will depend on the candidate's qualification, experience, aesthetic procedure knowledge and overall suitability for the position.

Additional performance incentives may be discussed during the interview based on the candidate's experience and role responsibilities.
