Role Description The Associate Customer Service role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves handling customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Daily tasks include logging interactions in the system, following up on pending requests, coordinating with internal teams for escalations, and ensuring adherence to service quality standards. The associate will maintain a skilled and courteous tone, meet performance targets, and support continuous improvement initiatives in customer experience.



Immediate joiners are preferred for this position, with a starting compensation of approximately 35k.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional regional languages are an advantage).
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently, with good listening skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency, including typing skills and familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and follow up on open cases.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail and ability to work under time-sensitive conditions.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and adapt to rotational shifts if required.
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
