STC is a Shopify Premier Partner with ~150 people across Noida and Bengaluru. We build, migrate and optimise Shopify/Shopify Plus stores for leading brands and also build Shopify apps.

About The Role

We’re looking for an Associate CRO Analyst who can combine conversion analysis with project delivery coordination. You’ll work on Shopify/D2C stores, identify conversion gaps, analyse user behaviour, and ensure project actionable are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze funnels using GA4, Shopify Analytics, Clarity &
- Hotjar
- Review heatmaps/session recordings and identify conversion issues
- Create CRO hypotheses and support A/B testing
- Conduct storefront audits across PDP, cart, checkout & mobile
- Track sprints, timelines,



action items and project documentation
- Coordinate with Development, QA, Design and clients
- Support UAT, bug tracking and monthly CRO reporting
- Assist PM/Delivery Manager with client calls and project updates

What We’re Looking For

- 0–2 years experience; freshers with relevant exposure can apply
- Strong numerical and analytical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong follow-up and ownership skills
- Genuine curiosity about why customers buy or drop off
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Exposure to GA4, Clarity, Hotjar, GTM, Shopify or ecommerce is a plus
- Coding/CRO certification is not required
