About Your New Role:

- Make outbound calls to existing Kickcash users to explain ongoing offers.
- Guide users step-by-step on completing offers and earning cashback.
- Handle user queries related to offers, payments,



and app navigation.
- Communicate effectively in both Hindi and English.
- Collect and record user feedback to improve app experience.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls, conversions, and engagement.
- Maintain accurate call records and follow company communication guidelines.

Requirements:

- Experience: 6 months–2 years in telesales, customer support, or call center roles.
- Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
