We are a 50 year old Chartered Accountancy firm serving a mix clientele of multinational corporations, foreign banks and high net worth individuals providing tax consultancy, compliance, approvals for foreign investments, general corporate advisory, tax litigation and audit based services. Our team includes Chartered Accountants, Lawyers and other tax professionals.

Role Description

This is a full time paid position based in New Delhi. Selected candidates are expected to travel in Delhi-NCR region for work. The scope of work on which the selected candidate will be staffed on includes:

i.Audit (including I&S;, Dealing room, Statutory, Internal, Bank audit etc)

ii.GST iii.Income tax / TDS / Appellate matters of direct taxes iv.Corporate Taxation,



Company Law Compliances v.International Taxation / Transfer Pricing vi.Expat/Individual Taxation vii.Matters related to RBI / FEMA viii.Matters related to DGFT ix Company law compliances x. Due Diligence and Business Contracts Drafting

Qualifications (Flexible)

- Qualified / Semi-qualified CA / a CA dropout OR articles who want to start their career with us
- Minimum 1-2 years of articleship experience / relevant experience
- Familiarity with Income Tax, filing of Income Tax returns, GST returns, TDS returns, preparation of balance sheet, TDS related compliance, Transfer Pricing and PF&ESI; etc.
- Computer Literate, positive with MS office, Claude/Gemini and Proficient in English
