Position : Associate/Senior Associate (Pune)

- Evaluate real estate loan proposals
- Work and coordinate with clients’ team to get the documentation and data required for processing loans
- Build cash flow models and financial projections
- Prepare loan application formats
- Work and coordinate with financial institutions throughout the loan appraisal and disbursement process including credit, legal and technical due diligence
- Work on ad-hoc reports and requests
- Liaise with financial institutions
- Address existing client requirements

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills
- Grasp over English and Marathi preferred
- Detail oriented
- Solid analytical skills

Compensation

- Freshers – Rs.20,000 pm-Rs.25,000 pm (plus variable)
- Experienced – Rs.30,000 pm – Rs.50,000 pm (plus variable)
