Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Orchha Palace and Resorts in Orchha. This role supports the sales team in driving room, event, and banquet revenues through proactive outreach, relationship building, and follow-up with existing and potential clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inquiries, preparing proposals, coordinating site visits, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Experience in hospitality or hotel sales, preferably in luxury or resort environments.
- Proficiency in communication, presentation, and professional correspondence.
- Ability to work with CRM or booking systems and basic MS Office tools.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with on-site work schedules, including weekends or evenings as business requires.
- Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar sales or coordination role will be an advantage.
