ABOUT THE SPIRITED SPOT The Spirited Spot (TSS) is a high-energy bar and dining destination built around global food, craft cocktails, live music and warm hospitality.

After establishing TSS in Nagpur, we have now opened our Pune outlet in Baner.

TSS brings together a strong food program, modern cocktail culture, live entertainment and service-led hospitality. Our aim is simple — excellent food and drinks, delivered with energy, consistency and genuine warmth.

ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager who can lead the floor and support the Restaurant Manager in running day-to-day operations at TSS Pune.

This is a hands-on role. The ARM should be comfortable managing a busy, high-energy bar and restaurant, leading the service team and ensuring that every guest receives a consistent TSS experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage daily restaurant and bar floor operations.
- Lead Captains, Stewards, GRM and other front-of-house team members during service.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and allocate sections and responsibilities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the floor, kitchen and bar.
- Maintain service standards during high-volume operations.
- Monitor reservations, table allocation, waiting time and table turnaround.
- Personally interact with guests and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
- Ensure the team has solid knowledge of food, cocktails, spirits, beer and other beverages.
- Drive suggestive selling and improve guest spend without compromising hospitality.
- Monitor order accuracy and speed of service.
- Maintain restaurant SOPs, hygiene, grooming and discipline.




- Train and develop Captains and service team members.
- Support inventory, opening and closing procedures and daily operational checks.
- Coordinate operations during live music, DJ nights, brunches, events and busy weekends.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.
- Take ownership of the floor in the Restaurant Manager’s absence.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Hotel Management qualification is compulsory.

The candidate should have

- Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager / Floor Manager / Senior Captain with a reputed hospitality brand.
- Experience working in a high-energy bar is compulsory.
- Strong experience in handling busy restaurant operations.
- Positive understanding of global food and international cuisines.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer and beverage service.
- Experience managing and training a front-of-house team.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Confidence in handling guests and resolving complaints.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Excellent grooming and professional presentation.
- Ability to remain calm and organised during high-volume service.
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, live-music nights and events.

THE TSS ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER We are not looking for a manager who operates only from the desk.

We need someone who is visible on the floor, leads from the front, knows what is happening at every table and steps in wherever the team needs support.

The right ARM should understand that a successful night is not just about sales — it is about great service, strong teamwork, happy guests and creating a reason for them to return.
