ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant STEAM Trainer to support the delivery of STEM/STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education for K–12 students through experiential learning. This is primarily a support-oriented role, where the candidate will assist lead trainers in conducting sessions, managing lab activities, and ensuring smooth execution of STEM programs. The role is ideal for individuals looking to build their skills in teaching, training, and STEM domains while working in an educational environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist lead trainers in conducting STEM/STEAM sessions for K–12 students using hands-on kits and learning modules.
- Support the setup, organization, and smooth functioning of STEM lab activities.
- Help in maintaining lab equipment, including basic inventory tracking, upkeep, and coordination for repairs.
- Learn and build knowledge in various STEM domains such as Aerospace, Robotics, Drones, Space Technology, and Design.
- Maintain a professional and supportive relationship with students, parents, and school staff.




- Assist in recording and maintaining data related to student participation, performance, and activities.
- Provide operational and administrative support for events, competitions, and parent communication.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

- Diploma in Aerospace, ECE, Mechanical, or Mechatronics from a recognized institution.
- Freshers are preferred; candidates with relevant internship or teaching support experience are also welcome.
- Basic proficiency in design software such as CATIA, SolidWorks, or SketchUp (including academic exposure).
- Foundational knowledge of Robotics and embedded systems (e.g., Embedded C, Arduino, Raspberry Pi).
- Valuable communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to STEM-related activities such as robotics, coding, or aeromodelling competitions is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- No backlogs and a minimum of 65% across all semesters.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Training period (maximum 2 months) – allowance of INR 15,000/month.
- Post-training CTC – INR 2.8 to 3 LPA.
- Annual appraisals with minimum CAGR growth of 8–15%.
