Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager – MEP role based in Gurugram. The Project Manager – MEP oversees planning, execution, and delivery of MEP works for warehouse and retail infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients, internal teams, and vendors; monitoring project schedules and budgets; and supervising site activities to ensure timely completion of MEP installations. The role involves managing procurement and expediting of MEP materials, conducting inspections, resolving technical issues,
and preparing regular progress reports.
The Project
Manager also supports risk management, ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, and drives continuous improvement in project processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid project management skills, including Project Management and experience overseeing MEP scopes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Expeditor and Expediting to manage timely delivery of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review MEP work quality and compliance with standards and drawings.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate material movement, vendor schedules, and site requirements.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Prior experience managing MEP projects in industrial, warehouse, or commercial infrastructure environments.
- Working knowledge of MEP design, installation practices, safety regulations, and applicable codes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects, and travel to project locations as required.
