ASSISTANT RECRUITMENT MANAGER

Position Overview The Assistant Recruitment Manager will support the management and execution of international healthcare and technical recruitment projects, including direct employer recruitment, B2B recruitment assignments, bulk hiring, overseas hospital recruitment, technical manpower projects, and end-to-end candidate deployment.
The role involves team management, candidate sourcing, client coordination, recruitment target achievement, project execution, documentation follow-up, and candidate conversion from initial lead through final deployment.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant professional recruitment experience may also be considered.
- Additional qualifications in HR, Recruitment, International Business, or Healthcare Recruitment will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, recruitment platforms, and digital communication tools.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in international recruitment or manpower consultancy.
- Proven experience in healthcare and/or technical recruitment.
- Experience handling bulk recruitment and overseas recruitment projects.
- Experience in managing recruiters and achieving recruitment targets.
- Experience in direct recruitment, B2B recruitment, employer requirements, and manpower projects will be preferred.
- Experience dealing with hospitals, healthcare organizations, EPC companies, contractors, overseas employers, recruitment agencies, and business partners will be an advantage.
- Candidates with GCC, European, or other international recruitment experience will be preferred.
Key Duties & Responsibilities 1. Healthcare Recruitment
- Manage and coordinate recruitment for nurses, doctors, allied healthcare professionals, technicians, caregivers, and other healthcare positions.
- Handle recruitment projects for hospitals, healthcare groups, government organizations, and private healthcare employers.
- Understand and communicate project-specific eligibility criteria, qualifications, experience, licensing, registration, examinations, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate candidate screening, CV submission, interviews, selection, offer letters, documentation, and deployment.
- Monitor healthcare recruitment pipelines and ensure timely completion of each stage.
2. Technical Recruitment
- Manage recruitment for engineers, supervisors, technicians, electricians, welders, fabricators, QA/QC professionals, construction workers, EPC manpower, and other skilled/semi-skilled technical positions.
- Handle bulk manpower requirements for construction, EPC, oil & gas, industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, and other technical projects.
- Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, trade testing, interviews, selection, documentation, and deployment.
3. Direct Recruitment Projects
- Handle direct recruitment requirements from overseas employers and organizations.
- Coordinate directly with employers regarding manpower requirements, job descriptions, salary packages, eligibility criteria, interview schedules, and recruitment timelines.
- Ensure accurate and timely CV submissions and candidate shortlisting.
- Maintain regular communication with employers until successful completion of the recruitment project.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with direct employers.
4. B2B Recruitment Projects
- Manage recruitment assignments received through B2B recruitment partners, international agencies, manpower companies, and business associates.
- Coordinate with B2B partners regarding requirements, candidate profiles, CV submissions, interview schedules, selections, documentation, and deployment.
- Maintain professional relationships with recruitment partners and ensure agreed project timelines are followed.
- Identify opportunities to develop new B2B recruitment partnerships.
- Ensure proper coordination between internal recruitment teams and external business partners.
5. Bulk & Project Recruitment
- Take ownership of bulk recruitment and project-based manpower requirements.
- Prepare recruitment plans based on required manpower, deadlines, locations, and job categories.
- Set sourcing and submission targets for recruiters.
- Monitor daily progress and take corrective action where required.
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed recruitment timeline.
6. Recruitment Team Management
- Assist the Recruitment Manager in managing healthcare and technical recruitment teams.
- Allocate requirements and candidates among recruiters.
- Monitor daily calls, candidate sourcing, CV submissions, interviews, selections, offer letters, and departures.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with team members and ensure assigned targets are achieved.
- Guide and train recruiters on candidate screening, project requirements, follow-up, and conversion.
- Identify underperforming areas and implement corrective measures.
7. Candidate Conversion & Follow-up
- Monitor the complete candidate journey from lead → screening → application → interview → selection → offer → documentation → visa → travel/deployment.
- Ensure continuous follow-up with selected candidates.
- Minimize candidate dropouts and delays.
- Resolve candidate concerns and coordinate with relevant departments to complete pending processes.
- Maintain strong candidate engagement until deployment.
8. International Recruitment Projects
- Coordinate recruitment projects across GCC, Europe, and other international destinations.
- Understand country-specific recruitment procedures and project requirements.
- Coordinate with documentation, operations, marketing, and management teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain updated knowledge of recruitment processes, employer requirements, and applicable compliance procedures.
9. Client & Employer Coordination
- Communicate professionally with overseas employers, hospitals, contractors, recruitment partners, and other stakeholders.
- Attend online meetings and discussions with clients when required.
- Prepare recruitment updates and provide regular project status reports.
- Escalate important issues to senior management promptly.
10. Recruitment Marketing & Lead Generation
- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding job advertisements, promotional campaigns, social media recruitment, and lead-generation activities.
- Monitor the quality and conversion of leads generated through different channels.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding candidate profiles and campaign performance.
- Ensure leads are assigned and followed up promptly.
11. Documentation & Process Coordination
- Monitor candidate documentation required for recruitment and deployment.
- Coordinate with operations teams regarding attestation, apostille, licensing/registration, Good Standing Certificates, DataFlow, Prometric/aptitude examinations, medicals, PCC, visa processing, and other applicable formalities.
- Ensure candidates complete required formalities within the prescribed timelines.
12. Targets & Performance Management
- Work towards monthly and project-specific recruitment targets.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment performance reports.
- Take ownership of assigned recruitment projects and deliver results within deadlines.
13. Business Development Support
- Assist management in identifying new direct employers, B2B partners, hospitals, healthcare groups, EPC companies, contractors, and international recruitment opportunities.
- Support the development of new recruitment projects and manpower contracts.
- Maintain market intelligence regarding international manpower requirements.
- Assist in converting business enquiries into active recruitment projects.
14. Reporting to Management
- Provide regular updates to the Recruitment Manager and senior management regarding project progress.
- Highlight urgent requirements, recruitment challenges, candidate dropouts, delays, and business opportunities.
- Submit accurate recruitment and project reports as required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management in connection with recruitment operations and business development.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be a result-oriented recruitment professional with strong experience in international healthcare and/or technical recruitment, capable of managing recruiters, handling direct and B2B projects, coordinating with overseas employers, and taking ownership of recruitment projects from requirement acquisition through successful candidate deployment. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
