Assistant Manager - Production (Cold Roll Forming / Cabinet Foaming / Pre Assembly

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Cold Roll Forming, Cabinet Foaming and Pre Assembly sections (Refrigerator Division)
- Responsible for Production Achievement (UPH) as per daily & monthly Plan.
- Responsible for reducing of Scrap(Maintain within target)
- Improve Dept FTR.
- Responsible for maintaining all ISO & IMS related documents & controlling CTP/CTQ parameter of foaming.
- Effective utilization of daily manpower and training of current manpower and ZERO accidents to be ensured
- Coordination with tool room, maintenance, PPC and Material Depts. For smooth Functioning. Machine Audit once in a week and necessary Preventive Maintenance should be ensured with Machine Dept.

- Knowledge of procuring materials, equipment and labour needed throughout the production process.

- Excellent in getting the work done from the production operative team.

Education and Experience

- Diploma / BE/B Tech (Mechanical/ Electrical)
- Course work in Production Management, Operation Management or similar
- 6-7 years experience in that minimum 5 years of experience in the domestic refrigerator industry.
- Six Sigma
- Process Control Plan
