We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Operations Manager / Sales Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our music showroom, warehouse, sales, and distribution activities.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable coordinating across multiple teams, managing operational responsibilities, supporting sales growth, developing dealer relationships, and ensuring smooth movement of products from inventory to customers and dealers.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Coordination

- Oversee daily operations across the showroom, warehouse, inventory, and distribution functions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Accounts, Logistics, and Dealer teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Monitor stock movement, availability, handling, and inventory-related processes to minimize errors and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate timely product movement and deliveries with internal teams and external logistics partners.
- Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions to improve productivity and control costs.

Sales & Customer Support

- Monitor customer enquiries, follow-ups, and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Support showroom and wholesale sales teams in achieving sales targets and improving customer service.
- Track sales-related activities and identify opportunities to improve business performance.

Team Management & Training

- Conduct regular meetings with showroom, warehouse, wholesale, and sales teams.
- Provide training and guidance on product knowledge, sales practices, customer service, stock handling, and operational procedures.
- Support staff in resolving day-to-day operational and customer-related challenges.

Dealer & Distribution Development

- Identify and approach potential dealers to expand the company's distribution network.




- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.
- Monitor dealer performance and identify opportunities to increase sales and market coverage.
- Assist management in developing new markets and expanding distribution reach.

Reporting & Management Support

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and other operational reports as required.
- Provide management with updates on sales, inventory, distribution, dealer performance, and operational issues.
- Assist management in implementing processes and initiatives that improve overall business performance.

- Experience in sales coordination, showroom operations, distribution, retail, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams and external partners.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle customer issues and operational challenges professionally.
- Basic understanding of inventory, sales, and distribution processes.
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
- Knowledge or interest in musical instruments is an advantage.
- Willingness to take ownership and work in a quick-paced business environment.
