Note: Only apply if you have SOX and IFC experience. ITGC experience is not required.

SUMMARY:

The Sr. Exec/AM will perform SOX and Financial controls testing for the markets in US, LATAM & EMEA in accordance with the control testing plan for the year. The incumbent will be responsible for conducting all work in accordance with SOX 404 & internal standard operating procedures. This responsibility includes Test of Design, Test of operating effectiveness of controls entailing testing as per test attributes/ control description & document results basis requisite evidences.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Independently test assigned controls in accordance with defined test attributes.
- Based on the testing, evaluate the adequacy and efficacy of control.
- Interact with respective process owners to request data/information, resolve queries and communicate testing results.
- Knowledge of Data Analytics will be an added advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS:





- Solid understanding of SOX / control testing concepts and experience in applying them to perform and report SOX / control testing results.
- Ability to work independently, with limited required direction and guidance, and provide appropriate support to other Shared services team members.
- Reasonable understanding of the accounting function and financial reporting.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite and Oracle (preferred).
- The incumbent must be flexible as there may be work weeks that require them to stretch and/or work late evenings to meet deliverables.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in SOX/control testing.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
