Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage AR teams to meet and exceed client expectations by reducing AR aging and maximizing collections.
- Oversee day-to-day team operations, including:
- Monitoring workflows and daily productivity targets to ensure adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Tracking, analyzing, and maintaining key performance metrics, including collections and operational reports.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and overall team performance.
- Support and participate in new pilot projects, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and smooth transitions to production teams.
- Address and resolve team-related issues, including performance concerns and interpersonal conflicts, in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Learn and implement new client systems and processes; plan and coordinate training sessions for recent hires and existing team members based on project needs.
- Conduct regular client calls and reviews to assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, and enhance client satisfaction.
- Identify skill and knowledge gaps within the team and work with department trainers to plan and execute retraining initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, issue resolution, and consistent service delivery.
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- 10+ years of experience in U.S. Healthcare AR, with current or prior experience at the Manager level or above.
- Strong expertise in AR follow-up, denial management, and appeals within U.S.
Healthcare Revenue Cycle
Management (RCM).
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Ability to join within 30 days.
