About the Role:

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Resource Mobilisation & Donor Management who can help strengthen our fundraising efforts, build meaningful partnerships and nurture relationships with donors and stakeholders.

The role involves identifying fundraising opportunities, developing corporate and institutional partnerships, managing donor relationships and ensuring effective communication and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new fundraising and partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, CSR teams, foundations and individual donors
- Support the development of proposals, pitch decks, budgets and grant applications
- Manage existing donor relationships and ensure timely communication, updates and reporting




- Coordinate CSR partnerships and donor engagement initiatives
- Track fundraising pipelines, commitments and donor information
- Document and communicate the organisation's impact and outcomes to donors and partners
- Research potential funders and stay updated on CSR and philanthropic opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to understand programme needs and translate them into compelling funding propositions

We're looking for:

- 4–10 years of experience in fundraising, resource mobilisation, partnerships, donor management, CSR or a related role
- Experience in the Corporate or Non-profit sector
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to develop compelling proposals and presentations
- Strong research, planning and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines independently
- A genuine interest in the social sector and creating meaningful impact
