Assistant Manager – Human Resources

About the Role

As the Head of the Human Resources Department, the Assistant Manager – HR will lead all HR operations at our wellness resort. This pivotal role will shape organizational culture, ensure compliance, and drive employee engagement in line with our wellness philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with resort goals.
- Advise management on workforce planning and organizational development.

Talent Acquisition

- Lead recruitment drives for hospitality, wellness, and support staff.
- Build partnerships with institutes and agencies for talent pipelines.

Employee Engagement

- Design and oversee engagement programs to enhance staff morale.
- Promote wellness-focused initiatives for employees.

Training & Development





- Establish training frameworks for service excellence and compliance.
- Mentor managers and supervisors in people management skills.

Compliance & Governance

- Ensure adherence to labor laws, resort policies, and statutory obligations.
- Maintain HR audits, payroll accuracy, and disciplinary procedures.

Performance Management

- Drive appraisal systems and career progression plans.
- Monitor KPIs and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in hospitality or wellness.
- Robust knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and organizational development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
