Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Proficient in HR Business Partnering support, with a strong understanding of HR BP and workforce-related financial services activities.
- Skilled in leveraging analytics to interpret HR data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Advanced Excel capabilities for reporting, dashboarding, data analysis, and managing large HR datasets efficiently.
- Ability to create clear, impactful presentations that translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Working knowledge of Power BI for building visual reports and enhancing HR performance tracking and analysis.

Qualifications

- PG Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Post Graduate Diploma in Management
- Master of Arts in Psychology

Experience

- HR BP 6
